Circle: Alias Nanigaya
Vincent turns into a demon and has his way with Cloud, who imagines that it's Sephiroth. That's about as much as I can figure out, aside from a litle bit of what looks like game plot. The last few pages look like Cloud rationalizing.
In part 2, Cloud figures out that it's Vincent in the demon's body.
